the deal is i play 2moons a rpg game and i have a char lvl 126 and i am selling and this guy offer me 115usd my question is i set up a new paypal account i have no bank account so my paypal is not verfied so can i still recieve the money and still spend it online somewhere

i believe you can send an recieve money even if your not verified... but i think you need to input a credit card. mines unverified and i couldnt do anything till i out a card on it

If you are a US PayPal, you cannot send money without having a card or bank added.

However, you can create a PayPal and send money from it. For instructions, please refer to my guide below
