I don't think you understand the image those tiny nukes were the ones that were dropped on Japan during WW2. The massive Soviet one in the one they've got now. If they dropped the "big" one on Japan now it would more than likely wipe the country off the map for good.
No. The image show's the nukes from the Cold War/WWII, along side the one they're devolping now, called the "Bunker Buster." The Tzar Bomb is a Cold War era bomb, while the Bunker Buster is being developed now. That's why the caption says: "The new nuke will pack a
tiny fraction of the power of WWII and Cold War weapons."
