No. The image show's the nukes from the Cold War/WWII, along side the one they're devolping now, called the "Bunker Buster." The Tzar Bomb is a Cold War era bomb, while the Bunker Buster is being developed now. That's why the caption says: "The new nuke will pack a tiny fraction of the power of WWII and Cold War weapons."

yeah most of the energy in a fisson nuke just fizzles out so a nuke has much more potential than used. dont know about a fusion nuke.
