I found out because outsider left NGB... While Outsider and Bravo were arguing on NGB's shout box i found out about NGU. I left NGB because of Cyndicate being banned for nothing, it was full of leeches and hardly anybody contributed. For those who don't know me, I was one of the two people that brought packet injection to everyone's attention for new hacks. And now I'm happy to help working on new hacks for this site.
