In all seriousness though, I would literally give Jobs in England to LEGAL people, putting English people first. Why should people who are not even supposed to be here get the jobs of the citizens who were born and bred in England?
My top priority though would be to give the troops on the front lines anything they needed when they needed it. I would up their wage to a better wage than 17k to maybe 30k (only the front line troops though) and the other wage to 20k. I would lower the wage of teachers because they get way too much money compared to other people such as Military, Coast guards and so on.
I would sort out the economy as best as I could. Buy myself a better house than shitty no. 10, get some bitches buy a brewery and chill.
