I really don't think any of this matters. It's all about your situation and preferences.

Your right it doesn't really matter your obviously going to get the console with your friends on it, but if you did care about features or statistics this series would be very helpful in choosing a console

In the end, I would rather play with my friends, and if I wanted online I would want it to be lag free, so paying for online isnt bad. Thats why I have xbox.

even tho all my friends have a xbox 360 i have a ps3 because when ever i go on xbox i fell like hacking stuff and it goes boring cuz you hv nothing to do only play for fun i want to earn something by playing i know people are going to say why do you hack then because everyone in xbox hacks!! and it makes me to do it like the achievements and on ps3 there are no trophies hack only on some games so ps3 is best for me.
