All of this you said is true.

But the only thing is that Philadelphia's only chance of winning any championship is the Phillies (but the Yankee's got their # ) I do not see them winning an NBA championship or the Superbowl. The Flyers came close but I do not follow hockey so I can not speak on the state of the Flyers, but last time I checked they haven't been that good since Eric Lindros.

I must admit Philly fans do get a bad wrap in the sports world.

- I will never forget I went to see the Falcons vs. Eagles game in Philly, when Vick was in his prime and was the QB for the Falcons. I was wearing my Michael Vick jersey and not 1 fan said anything to me to my face (or anything I could hear for that matter most likely because of my build). But there was this little kid there with his dad and the kid was also wearing a Vick jersey. It snowed a couple days prior to the game and there was some snow left over. Then some Eagles fans started throwing snow balls at the little kid, he was probably 12 if that. The kids father got pissed off and actually got into a fight with one of the hecklers because they were throwing snowballs at his son. Security came over and removed the father and his child and did absolutly nothing to the people who started the whole thing. Then me and a couple of my friends were talking shit to the security because of their bias. After that I decided to get involved with the fans who were disrespecting a little kid. Me and my 2 friends approached them and got into a little altercation. The same security crew came over to break everything up and they kicked me and my friends out of the stadium. At least the Falcons ended up winning that game lol. But that was my experience with your fans.

The Flyers are always perennial contenders year in and year out. As long as Kolb is as good as the Eagles think he can be they will be contenders for years to come. 76ers are few years away and maybe longer depending on how free agency pans out but they are taking a step in the right direction. The Phillies will continue to be successful as long as they don't let the success go to their heads. Philly will always be a city that will put winning products on the field, court, rink.

They do get a bad wrap, some of it is warranted, some not so much. Since Philly fans have a such a history of doing dumb shit they get the spotlight on them more. Every team got its fair share of scumbags but Phillys get the most recognition.

I see the Redskins finishing 4th in the NFC East for a 3rd straight season TBH.

I've been a Denver fan all my life, Shanahan will get you guys into the playoffs in about 3 years minimum. I was speculating on whether he was going to trade Haynesworth before this whole fiasco started and guess what? I'm right. I knew that punk would leave the team, but you guys got a decent defense and now it seems all you need is maybe one or two more good o lineman and a standout wideout and you're all set! Totally thought Shanny woulda picked up Marshall...

I think they will do better with the Mcnabb and Shanahan combo, i mean look at Elway before he had Shanahan he had 0 championships and the 2 years after he got there they won 2. But the cowboys look like they are gonna be serious contenders this year so you never know
