Well ask one of your parents if they can drive you to a local Bank. Then from there you ask a clerk if you can but your money on a Visa Gift Card (FAKE). On that Gift card every thing is the same but you can run out of money, There you go to PayPal.com or the navigation bar at the top on NextGenUpdate and Click donate. When your at paypal sign up and use all of your correct information. From there you can donate to NextGenUpdate and Become a premium member and Get way more access.

not all banks give people under 18 their own debit card either. and it will require you to open either a savings or checking account as well, which is a big hassle for most parents. they'd be better off getting a money order.

NO what he is saying is its like a gift card but you can use it anywhere that takes visa credit cards! So it is called a visa card! It has a number on it but no name so if you loose it well you lost it say goodbye! You cannot put more money on it than the original buyer! Like my sister bought me one and put 25$ on it!
