Million Miles Of Fun!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am usually not one to ask of much but it would be absolutely terrific if you guys would be willing to vote for this project. It is a Pepsi refresh project meaning that if these guys win it they will get $250,000 for their cause and they have a sponsor who will match that amount for a $500k total. If I have ever done anything for you or you would just like to help please vote as many times as you can each day so they can win. Its a project worth a cause. Heres the original that my friend sent around so I am sharing it with you.

Hey BB friends. I'm asking you to take 10 seconds out of your busy lives to make a difference in my daughter's entire life and other children like her who have Rett Syndrome.

Rett Syndrome mostly affects girls and mimics autism in its early stage and eventually takes their lives from an age of as early as 3.

It's a genetic condition of the mecp2 gene that lies within the X chromosome. Girls have 2 X chromosomes while boys have only 1 with their Y chromosome. Girls survive Rett Syndrome longer than boys because they have the second X chromosome which is always healthy. Eventually though, the X Chrosome with the bad gene dominates their bodies and eventually takes their lives.

Researchers are real close to curing our girls through what else than you guessed it, IGF-1. IGF-1 from increlex is to start clinical trials on 10 girls this Fall as it proves to nearly cure mice models with the same condition. The FDA approval process could take a few years and many girls are dying from this everyday.

So more funding is needed in order for the approval process to move forward with the cure. Pepsi is getting involved by awarding $250,000 to the number one voted best idea. We are currently only 2 spots away from this as we speak, sitting at 4th position. With a little help, we could very possibly get there.

In addition, we have another private sponsor who is going to match Pepsi's 250k for a total of $500,000 towards the cure, should we get voted in as a worthy cause. We only have to get the 2nd or 1st position. Pepsi awards both spots 250k each.

You can vote once per day and voting ends on July 31st. Just go to the website link below and hit the vote button until it disappears.

10 seconds of your life could change my daughter's entire life.

I vote daily so please do the same, no need to argue over ANY values and what you think about the cause but in a matter of seconds you can help save a life. On average some people click their mouse on upwards to 300 times an hour, whats once more going to hurt?

Please vote.

Thank you!

You HONESTLY thought I would lie about something like this when I personally know the guy and when I am living with a brother with Hypotonic CP so I have an idea how this guy feels. I have never lied or anything to ANYONE here before, so why start now? Sounds stupid to me.

The Pepsi Refresh Project isn't a scam. If you are talking about where the money would go to, I'm pretty sure Pepsi monitors what happens to the money to make sure the money is spent accordingly.

A bit unnecessary and inconsiderate there on your part.
