I called it to make sure it worked. It is an automated system, they do not have customer support at this time. From my source it says to press 0 to leave a message, and 1 for customer support that does not exist, lol. They are not sure what leave a message really means and if they will get back to you. But this is all I could find. Good Luck!

There is an address and phone/fax that are the same, but another post with a different address and phone, the other phone # has the same menu as the one above. I would listen to this other post though:

well my problem is this, hopefully you guys can help me with my problem, i have 2 facebook accounts, one i just use for mobsters 2, so i add random people so my mob can be bigger but i dont actually know the people, so i accidentally typed in the wrong email and password a few times being an idiot, and now it is making me look at people's pictures and then at the bottom it says to match the name with the picture but i do not know these people so it is impossible for me to get like 7/7 to confirm i am the owner of the account, so anytime i go to log into my specific account i have to do this test that i explained above and i can only take it once every 1 hour, so lol i have no clue where that falls under the help center i tried getting my family to help me and i tried looking myself but i could not find it, that is why i was wanting an email or phone number to try and call them to get an answer, so maybe someone here can help me?
