I bench 225 now according to the chart I'm looking at (I hit 165 for 12 reps). BUUT, I've only tried to max at 215, and got that eaaaasy. My squat is 345 (dropped because I hurt my back in football). Leg Press, I hit 540 for 5 reps, I don't even want to know my max thou lol.
Well now that we add in other specs, I am 15, weigh 195 (working on getting up to 225/215 for wrestling).
