I dunno how many of you live in Australia and know of someone called "Adriano Zumbo". He was on Masterchef and did these bloody amazing cakes. He also happens to have his only shop and factory in my suburb up the road from me.
These are some of his cakes:

Above is a pofitera roll tower covered with caramel. This is called a croquembouche.

These are his macaroons which I hear are amazing. I cant get any because there are lines of 40 outside of his shop:mad:
Apparently he makes 1000 of these a day...handmade.

If you ever come to Australia and Sydney, storngly suggest going here, it is amazing!!!!!!!!
