The rules of dodgeball are simple the objective of the game is to elimnate the enemy by throwing a ball at the players this can be done by

1. Hitting an opposing player with a LIVE thrown ball below the shoulders.

2. Catching a LIVE ball thrown by your opponent before it touches the ground

For dodgeball training you need to remember this saying
'If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball' and also
'If you can dodge traffic, you can dodge a ball'
So get a group of friends and throw wrenches at each other or
run out into the road trying to dodge cars

And one last thing folks
If you want to have dodgeball victory, you have to grab it by its haunches and you gotta hump it into submission!
