How to Survive the Apocalypse

No one is exactly sure what form the apocalypse will take. But, when it comes, you can bet we're all going to be in big trouble. Food will become scarce, families will be separated and you're going to have to figure out what to do to get through the ordeal. Here are a few steps that'll get you through it all.

Instructions:

Step 1
Avoid the initial destruction. Anyone who lives in major metropolitan areas is going to die right off the bat. Every movie we have ever seen involving the apocalypse involves the destruction of the massive population centers all over the world. Whether the apocalypse is brought on by machines, aliens or God the only way to survive the apocalypse is to avoid the initial destruction by not living in a city.

Step 2
Develop your scrounging capabilities. Everyone should live like a homeless person for at least a year so that they are prepared to survive the apocalypse. After the apocalypse restaurants are going to be closed, money is going to have no value and all the food in your refrigerator is going to go bad. Homeless people are very good at finding the best shelter and locating food on a very limited budget.

Step 3
Get in shape. In order to survive the apocalypse you are going to have to do a lot of running. We are not sure what you need to be running from, but you are going to have to run a lot and for long distances. Your body must be able to handle running at a high rate of speed for long distances without breathing heavily should you have to hide. Heavy breathers after running cannot survive the apocalypse.

Step 4
Find a leader and follow them. Someone must survive the apocalypse that can organize the survivors and lead them in some kind of rebellion or resistance. It is crucial that you find this great leader and support him in every way possible.

Hey man i suggest that you take a bug out bag.

The properly made bug-out bag should contain enough supplies to last at least 72-hours. A good bug-out kit includes:

Survival Food high in fats and calories for the energy you will need.

Clothing, including rain gear and proper footwear. Functionality and warmth a priority.

Shelter materials. For example a tarp, small tent, or bivy bag. You should also include a light weight sleeping bag.

Water and means to purify water.

First-aid materials.

Basic survival gear such as a good knife or a good weapon Smile

Ability to make a fire by at least three means. For example waterproof matches, FireSteel and lighter.

I personally think that there will be an zombie apocalypse but thats just me Happy So i have prepared well so far Happy

A bug-out bag is a portable kit popular in the survivalism subculture that contains the items one would require to survive for seventy two hours when evacuating from a disaster. It is also known as a 72-hour kit, and other popular names include GO Bag and GOOD (Get Out Of Dodge) bag. The focus is on evacuation, rather than long-term survival, distinguishing the bug-out bag from a survival kit, a boating or aviation emergency kit, or a fixed-site disaster supplies kit.

The term bug-out bag is related to, and possibly derived from, the "bail-out bag" emergency kit many military aviators carry. The concept passed into wide usage among other military and law enforcement personnel, though the "bail-out bag" is as likely to include emergency gear for going into an emergency situation as for escaping an emergency.

And i'll thank you for it!

Here's are some bug out bags:
