lil wayne is on more drugs than you know this man was prolly on some purple, hit a bleezy, and drank a lil to get comfertable before he went on a show to talk just chillin it dont matter if he can rap or not HE STILL WASTES (THAT RIGHT I SAID WASTES) MORE MONEY IN 1 DAY THAN WELL EVER SEE IN OUR LIVES!!! the guy that made the video of that is just jealous of Lil' Wayne///im a heavy metal guy but lil'wayne and his old ghostwriter Drake are my shit tho

Lol seen this before with Eminem's part..... Wayne is basically high all the time, so yeah he was high here. Plus even if he wasn't yeah he does suck at rapping Winky Winky.
