(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ESPN reports that the Bengals are once again talking to T.O. trying to close a deal by the end of the week.

What this means for Bengals fans?

Well it means that is Carson Palmer continues to suck with (3) of the better receivers in the league then he can no longer blame it on anyone but himself.

If we get T.O. I may be one of the first fans sporting his new jersey. If done right the Bengals will have one of the best offenses in the league. And, if you guys remember last year before all the injuries we had one of the better defenses in the league aswell.

So, Ohio may now mock the Miami Heat tri-fecta with their own... Ochocinco, T.O. and Antonio Bryant.

I think I've forgotten about Lebron James already

lol you have to be kidding me with that statement. You are joking right? The ONLY arguement you have is for the Cardinals and Texans cuz Fitzgerald and Andre Johnson are the 2 best receivers.

BUT on any of those other teams Ochocinco would be the #1 receiver over their current HANDS DOWN! And if we are talking about numbers, like Ocho said, that T.O would shit on ANY of them receivers on ANY of those teams if it went by #s (but I think T.O is not what he was when he was in Philly or Dallas I was just grouping all of them together)

Another stupid statement lol. Look what happened to BOTH of those teams last year when the Bengals were faced with adversity, death of coordinator's wife and Chris Henry. I recall that the Bengals SWEPT the division... come on the ONLY team that does that is the Patriots cuz their division sucks (BUT the JETS are the new Patriots in the AFC East IMO). I can agree with you on the Ravens because the Ravens were just another WR away from being a Superbowl contender, which they now are. But I still see the Bengals winning the division, or Ravens, but the Steelers have no chance cuz for the 1st 6 weeks they are going to need to score points on defense cuz Big Ben is out and Leftwich sucks.

But that statement was just stupid because of what happened last season when the Bengals had a WORSE team than they do now and were going through a lot emotionally.

Ok I guess I'll break this down for you since you may lack some knowledge.

Patriots: Welker alone is a better receiver then Ocho and then you have Moss on the team.

Lions: No way in hell does Ocho start ahead of Megatron. Enough said.

Eagles: You keep your Ocho and everyone else in the NFL will take Djax.

Packers: Greg Jennings anybody?

Dolphins: Brandon Marshall says "Hello!"

Ravens: Anquan Boldin would like like to say "Hello!"

Colts: Don't think Peyton would take Chad over Reggie Wayne

Jaguars: The man with 2 last names would like you to check his stats

Chargers: Mini giant Vincent Jackson would like to have a talk with you

Cowboys: Romo isn't letting Miles Austin out of his sight

Vikings: Sidney Rice isn't going anywhere anytime soon

Falcons: I think Matt Ryan will stick to Roddy White

Saints: Drew Brees will stick to his right hand man Colston

Yea that is cool but who on this list has better numbers than T.O.... NOBODY (maybe Moss does but IDK and IMO Moss is EXACTLY like T.O... he use to be good on the decline now, but T.O is in FAR better shape than Moss). And Ochocinco has better #s than all of them.

regardless the bangels are going to be a force to reckon with. I made a statement and then you went on with this description. BUT none of those recievers you mentioned have #s that are even close to T.O or Ocho. That is all I was saying. There is no need to continue quoting eachother because fact is...
1.) They are on the Bengals, so what we are talking about is irrelevant
2.) Their #'s are better than all of the #1 receiver's you mentioned on other teams

Bro stop living in the past. All those receivers had better years last year then your boy Owens or Ocho. People earn there depth chart spots by what they have done lately. By your method of thinking if Jerry Rice came out of retirement to play he would be the number one on any team. See how ridiculous your thinking is?

Not @ all cuz Jerry Rice is not in the league. But I bet Jerry could come back and STILL be a #1 receiver on ANY team (lol not @ all but he is the G.O.A.T - Greatest of ALL TIME)

But bottom line is T.O and Ochocinco are a deadly combo as long as they both play like they did a couple of years ago cuz you are right they did kind of fall off the past couple seasons. As long as Carson Palmer does not suck like he usually does then the Bengals could get it done. Bengals will be playing the JETS in the AFC championship game.

the only thing I care about this season is the Dallas Cowboys NOT going to the Superbowl. Cuz if they went and won it in their own stadium people would hop back onto the Cowgirls bandwagon.

Anybody notice how there is a huge decrease in Cowboys fans. Back when it was Aikman and Emmit EVERYONE was a Cowboys fan now not so much.

I said that to him but I do not think he grapsed it lol.

SWEPT the division when was the last time that was done? Probably when the Patriots went undefeated. Or every year the Pats play for that matter. Lets face it the AFC East is a joke but the JETS the past couple years are trying to stop the laughter and are making strides to DOMINATE that division this year

Yeah I wasn't arguing that the 2 could still be a good duo. Just not as good as it seems you think they can be judging by your first post.

Sweeping divisions isn't all that rare as of late. You guys are basing off what happened last year when its not really a good way to look at. Don't get me wrong the Bengals got better this offseason, but the Ravens got a helluva a lot better, however, the Bengals won the division last year, so until they are dethroned they are the team to beat in the division.

Agreed Micheal, but you gotta think with ben out the steelers for the first few games arent even that powerful, butttttt as i say that: WEEK 9: STEELERS, WEEK 14: AT STEELERS. so there gonna have him back for our games... then we got ravens week 2, 17. But i Still believe with the coaching staff still intact and defense and the additions we've made, we can sweep again.
