and bens not a great qb? 100 passer rating (better than tom AND peyton) 26 tds... only `12 interceptions...
o but philip rivers isnt great nooooooo.... lol u will NEVER see another qb in this era that throws the ball as accurate as rivers.
Bottom line.... there are many great qbs... dont just pick them by who espn says is great.... watch them and see how they play... personally i really dont think tom brady would be considered a great qb if he was not on belichecks team... look at matt cassel... and i consider peyton manning the greatest qb ever... too bad he crumbles under pressure.
Ok first give me a chance to laugh. Ok. Done.
A guy doesn't become great after one season, after those three I named - Aaron Rodgers would be right there. Also, what has he won? Rivers is also knocking on the doorstep of being great.
Oh and Drew Brees and stats might have something to say on your accuracy comment.
I honestly probably shouldn't have even responded to you after you mentioned that you don't think Tom Brady should be considered great. Find me another QB that can win a Super Bowls with receivers like Troy Brown and Deon Branch.
Oh, yeah 26 TD 12 INT sounds good if he did that every year, how does 17 TD 15 INT sound, or 18 TD and 23 INT?
Don't even tell me that I just pick the ones ESPN says are great and that I should watch them play. I probably watch far more football then you.
