Is there a button that says Flash Focus somewhere on the TV. Press it. Wait for a while until the process completes. Now the TV should display it correctly.

(My HDTV has it, so thats why I know)

no i tryed settering theres only color, tint, brightness, sharpness. and i tryed them all

Did you try messing around with the buttons on the HDTV.

Wait I think I found your problem go to settings > display > rgb setting thing > choose between limited and full.
