Okay, well I would write a detailed review but I can just tell you, the first time you listen to the album you will think "WTF is this?" but listen to it again and you will love everyone of the songs. But you can tell that this is not the same A7X. What I mean is like, some songs are slow but you got great fast paced songs. Overall the album is a must if you are a A7X fan. And the ending of the video "Nightmare" brought tears :cry:
[multipage=Nightmare, Welcome to the Family]
1.Nightmare-(10/10) This song is very catchy. It starts off slow put picks up the pace. Very catchy verses and chorus and a crazy guitar solo by Syn.

2.Welcome to the Family-(9.5/10) This song is probably the most catchy on the album. Great song overall.
[multipage=Danger Line, Buried Alive]
3.Danger Line-(9/10) Pretty catchy song but I wouldn't say it is my favorite.

4.Buried Alive-(9/10) This starts off slow like MIA but kicks it off like Mettalica. I don't know why but every time I close my eyes listening to this song, I see Jimmy :(
[multipage=Natural Born Killer, So Far Away]
5.Natural Born Killer-(9/10) Very very very fast paced song. Crazy drum blasts and guitar solo.

6.So Far Away-(9.5/10) A nice slow song written by Synester Gates. Very catchy with a great meaning.
[multipage=God Hates Us, Victim,]
7.God Hates Us-(10/10) Another really fast paced song which almost sounds like the old A7X. There's screaming, something M. Shadows has not done since 2003 so die hard fans might wanna check this out.

8.Victim-(10/10) Another song that I love. Very slow song that is catchy but has a meaning behind it.
[multipage=Tonight The World Dies, Fiction, Save Me, Lost It All]
9.Tonight The World Dies-(7.5/10) I was disappointed with this song with a title like this. I was expecting something strong and fast but it was slow and light.

10.Fiction-(7.5/10) Slow song that starts on the piano and I hate to say it but its really boring. Probably my least favorite.

11.Save Me-(8.5/10) The longest song they've ever recorded, just under 11 minutes but it is a great song.

12.Lost it all-(9/10) Fast paced song with a very catchy chorus. Great song.

Do a barrel roll!
Mike Portnoy drums on almost all the songs except Fiction. Rev does drums, piano, and vocals on that song.

Fiction is the most emotionally powerful song on the album. Jimmy's vocals are incredible. The story behind it is quite eerie. Jimmy gave them the song on Christmas day, it was originally called 'Awesome faceeath'. Jimmy said this was the last song he'd ever write. He died three days later. Avenged comments on how demos are usually hummed along with the music and lyrics come later. They said Jimmy's demo had very clairvoyant lyrics (what you hear in the song), almost like he was saying his last goodbyes.
