The Topic is: What is a correct "No Scope" on Call of Duty: World at War

This mainly is brought up because of the fact sometimes people tap the L1 button or the "zoom" button before shooting. In my opinion a no scope should be a no scope either don't scope at all or scope in all the way which would be a quick snipe which pisses me off mainly in no scope games :mad:. So pretty much I say a no scope with tricks such as a "G" shot, Twitch Shot etc. should be aloud but when you start scoping in It wouldn't be considered a no scope

No-scope means NO SCOPE! No help from the scope, like iterminate said, bolt action, if you had semi-auto that would just ruin the whole thing. And i hate people who are gay a knife (dirty lol) but sometimes i do it to because its just a reaction. Or when they throw a garnade. Pisses me off and person should be kicked from game. Sure do the ticks i dont care i just get lucky with mine

i never use my scope at all i just take random shots at the enemy

Thanks for picking this up, so anyway I say a no scope is useless. "omg hater u suck" I know, I prefer something more effective. No-scoping is like listening to screamo, some do it because they like it, and the rest do it because the cool people are doing it.

No-Scope:

-a scoped bolt-action rifle fired in a manner in which at no point between the previous shot (or spawn if no shots were fired) and the intended "no-scope" shot, is anything visible through the scope. The scope lens must retain its reflective properties throughout.


if you look at the name, it pretty much describes itself. quick-scopes, and looking through really quickly do not count regardless of whether the target was aligned or not. no scope means no scope, no exceptions.

What Classafies a No-Scope?

Well I believe a No Scope is a shot which does not use a scope. Hence Shooting without looking down the scope.

A No-Scope shot must be done on Bolt Action Sniper Rifle. This is because the bolt action only fires one shoot ever so often and not as rapid fire as a Semi Auto Sniper Rifle.

The Quick Scope method of No Scoping isn't really a No Scope but it looks goo in a Monatge as it shows a range of skill.

Although you can do amazing No Scope shots with Semi Auto Snipers the best ones are always with the Bolt Action.

I'ld say for a real scope , you should use a BOLT ACTION RIFLE WITH SCOPE and tottaly no-scope it with help of several tricks as the g-shot or the switch shot FOR SHORT DISTANCES . FOR LONG DISTANCES , you should scope on your target first , than quickly do the switch trick and shoot , this works most off the time .
