Haha lmao, you should try a 3D tv :p although when your playing mw2, i doubt it would be 3d? but 3D ain't that bad, except if your watching it for to long, your brains will go effed up

I don't think 3d is in my budget, and don't have a hdmi cable, but if I was going to buy an hdmi tv i'll buy the cable as well.
You know any models that have a good reputation ?

plasmas look great and are decently priced but fade after time. LCDs are less colorful but still look great and are usually the lest expensive. LEDs look the best, are the thinest and don't fade after time but are the most expensive. 3d tv's while are cool they require the use of 3d glasses when viewing 3d content and are very pricy, plus there is not much 3d content out there yet. In other words I would recomend either a 2d LCD or a 2d LED.

I don't know your currency but there is some good, cheap LCD TV'S. I'm not a fan of plasma.

I looked up some prices and I think it's gonna be a LCD television, the LED's look nice, they are way too pricy :embarrassed:
Thank you for the help !

I think when buying an LCD which i would prefer over a plasma always remember SAMSUNG is the best brand they have the highest contrast ratio available and look incredible. I would not invest in a 3d Tv yet because it's still new technology wait for them to perfect it before spending $2,500. You could get a "42 Inch Samsung for like $1,400 at best buy. Stay away from Vizio brand, Phillips & Panasonic, go either Samsung, Sony or Sharp Aquos and you will be ok.
