Here's to Loonyology!
Being a Bluenose i'm not liking this thread too much! :p

To be honest though it looks like you might lose James Milner, Heskey just doesn't cut it, Martin O'Neill hasn't done anything in the transfer market up to date and seems more worried about losing his over rated midfielder, Milner. I know you Villa fans wana see some signings, especially when we've brought in 3 players and look to be bringing in more over the next couple of weeks.

A plus side to your season will hopefully be the emergence of a young striker, Nathan Delfouneso. He needs more football to show what he can do, and he looks a bright one for Englands future should he progress, with getting more first team action under his belt.

All in all though, a top four finish is beyond Villa at this point in time, especially with the likes of Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool and Everton all lurking around those places. Without some serious signings coming in, i can't see you finishing in the top 6 tbh.

Anyways, COME ON YOU BLUE BOYS! =D

Ha fair point mate but you never know, we got milner last year and he was a late signing, hopefully martin will open his eyes to the potensial of the striker avalable in the world.. Claps
