That kid deserves it. He thought he was all cool before the cop showed up, then when he showed up he started whining like a baby. The guy warned them that he will call the cops and they still kept of skating.

Those kids did nothing wrong but skate on private property. Those cops are abusing there power and just want to be douches and arrest anyone they can. If that were me I would've told those cops off and wouldn't let them arrest me. Those kids need to learn how to use their rights and also how to tell people off.

He got arrested because they trespassed. So technically he did get arrested for something major.

I got arrested one time for trespassing, one day after school, me and some friends went over to a store that has been closed down for quite some time, we climb up on the side ladder, and 10 minutes later, we are getting ready to climb down and the police show up.
I was like FFFUUUU, but I think I got off with a warning because I wrote an email to the store owner.

Yeah i know, but he basically got arrested for smiling because the cop was letting him off with a warning until he caught him giving him a smirk.
