good thing thats on video, cause that cops gunna get it in the end. and if i were that kids parent i would chew that cops ass so bad when he got to my house to drop my kid off
I've had cops called on me for skateboarding in front of a grocery store near my house, they never actually did anything but tell us to leave. Then when the cop left, we'd go back. If the cop took me home and told my mom she wouldn't give two shits.

i got a ticket for skateboarding once. and i wasnt even trying to do any tricks just riding around as transportation. i guess i was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. when i got home and showed my dad he flipped out, saying that it was BS. a week later on the street there were signs posted saying no skateboarding or rollerblading. how about that bs.
I hate most skaters. Think they can get away with anything, but when they get called out on something they did wrong, they act like it's their rights that have been violated and get all offended. That little rat deserved it. He was let off with a warning, but when he smirked at the cop, the cop reversed his warning for contempt of cop.

You should have appealed it in court. They can't give you a ticket for skateboarding somewhere without posted signs saying that it's prohibited then put signs up after the fact. That's whats called ex post facto laws.

Just because there weren't signs specifically stating that you can't skateboard there doesn't mean it's allowed.
