This show was funded and produced by the Irish government, It's called the savage eye. I remember watching this on TV, I replayed it over and over it just kept getting funnier every time I watched it.

That was a 'savage' programme! They had a clip like that on every episode and i still couldn't stop laughing at it. Loved the old guy behind the bar too, "Whaaaaaaaa".

Yeah it was brilliant, but I found that clip the funniest out of the lot.
