As an Aston Villa fan, i have to say Torres. When hes on form, its like hes not even human. He just hits the ball so well... so easily.

Also, Robin Van Persie would be the best striker in the world if he could get his fitness back. His only problem is - he doesnt use his right foot enough!

I like Drogba but Villa was pretty good during the WC ^^

As a Man Utd fan Drogba has to be the best from my impartial perspective; the reason being he has an all-round perfected game, it's not all about scoring goals with him.

Any answer that doesnt say Messi is wrong. Messi is on another level right now, Drogba is about on par with Cristiano Ronaldo. Will be remembered as an incredible player and will be brought up in many discussions, but they both wont be in those all time greats like Messi will be. Rooney has been slumping lately big time, but at his best, he's better than Drogba by a small amount.

Based on recent performances, I'd say it's between David Villa and Drogba. Drogba got the Golden Boot last season and scored 5 goals in the World Cup, so he's a better striker than Rooney. I'm a Gooner, so that's an unbiased opinion.



While Messi is arguably the best player in the world, he's primarily a winger, not a striker.

last time i checked the past 2 years Mr. Lebron had better stats than Kobe, which makes him a better PLAYER than Kobe. Kobe has a BETTER TEAM, but not anymore now that Mr. Lebron is in Miami
