If you could fully comprehend my post, you would realize that Microsoft's Zune is not their main focus and they don't really care about it anymore, at least not here in Canada.

Zune just fails compared to the iPod. Theres just so much more that you can do with the iPod Touch, especially when it's jailbroken.

If the Zune had DRAG AND DROP, i'd be amazing!

Sure the iPod can have it's bugs or redundant apps, but it has drag and drop, not syncing Entire folders.
