Hmm...
If I was to take you seriously, you expect me to tell you an idea of mine that could make
me a millionaire, and by telling you my idea you instead of me would become a millionaire? Think things through
The idea of becoming a great inventor is inventing something that no-one has even thought of yet.
Dyson and the bag-less hoover, Microsoft and the user friendly operating system, Tim Berners-Lee and the internet.
The chances are that if we've thought of it, someone else will have thought of it.
Weight loss has already been highlighted, carbon emmisions has already been highlighted...what you need to do is think of something unique.
Take for example a problem like waste disposal. Recycling prevents it, but a lot of rubbish is still put into landfills. What about a method that will speed up the decomposing of the rubbish.
Look around the news, look around the internet, look for things that have caused problems.
Tsunami's, hurricanes; or something simpler like television remote controls missing etc.
If you can't think of your own ideas, being an inventor probably isn't for you.
In the words of the great Albert Einstein:
'Imagination is more powerful than knowledge'
