Here was the tutorial on how to do it: (IS NOW PATCHED)
First you subscribe to your victim, then you paste this into your address bar and press enter:

Apparently everyone who did use this hack was permanently banned from YouTube.

IMO I think that is awesome, I always hated Fred and he got what he deserved! :evil:
