Wait...what?
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hmm...I don't know where to post this, so if it's in the wrong section move it please Smile

Basically, I just got a EasyCap 2.0.

It looks to be in good condition and should work, but it doesn't.

For some reason, my PC won't recognise it.

I am using Windows Vista 32bit.

I have installed drivers via driver websites and have used the automatic install drivers feature in Windows, however it has a fault at the 'Capture control' driver, which it can't find.

This means I can't use my device as it isn't recognised on my machine.

Could someone please help me with this as I am avid to get it back up and working.

Anyone who gives me a solution that works will receive 100,000 vBux and a little something extra (Hint: I know where the rep button is).

So please, help me NGU! Happy

Use a really long extension and connect it to another computer that can run it.

It has been said that it ocasionally works for vista, but mostly not. You can try getting a new OS, like Windows 7 or (i think it works) Linux.

Wait...what?
OK, I have sorted it out now.

I had to download the drivers to my desktop, select them manually and put the directory as my desktop.

If you're having a similar problem, PM me and I'll help you out.

Now I have a new problem with it.

There is no sound getting through to my AMcap software. I am getting the video, and it's in colour, but there is no audio whatsoever.

Any ideas?
