(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Has sony faced the fact that the ps3 is now hacked? If sony was able to patch the new ps3 jailbreak why would they ban the thing?...

Do a barrel roll!
it like if you found an exploit on a site and you abuse it, off course they are going to patch that exploit and ban you, so that you can never do it to there again. Patch it so the hacker can't use it, ban it because hacker can then be sue.

ok so if they are going to make a patch why are they banning the damn thing?

Well why wouldn't they? And don't say because they can't make a patch because they can most certainly make a patch.
