(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well if you haven't heard about Chapman he was clocked at 105mph in the minor leagues and today in his MLB debut he pitched half of his pitches 100+ mph. In baseball reaching one pitch over 100 is incredible for a game and this young stud is throwing multiple pitches over 100 within a couple batters.

Half of his eight pitches reached triple digits, topping out at 102.

I think they clocked Nolan Ryan @ 103mph a few times and he had a long career. Hopefully Chapman has one too, however this is the problem he's Cuban and I'm cuban so I know a little insight in Cuba they don't believe in 4 days rest he pitches today and tomorrow and next day so lets hope that his arm hasn't been to badly abused.

I was at this game. Reds vs Brewers last night. He pitched in the 8th and when he came in everyone was going crazy. It was cool to see someone pitching with that good of an arm. Hopefully he holds up. I'm from Southwestern Ohio, so I'm a Reds/Bengals fan through and through!

all I know is that this kid was clocked @ 105 in a Minor League and the fastest pitch EVER clocked in the MLB was 107.9 so he threw the 2nd FASTEST pitch EVER in Major League Baseball, that is beast.

And you know it is not a fluke because he pitched last night and threw 104 mph pitches TWICE!!!!!!!

ALSO his MLB debut he threw 12 pitches or something like that and I forget how many strikes he had but he threw 6 fastballs and 4 of them were over 100 mph.

ITS IS OFFICIALY THIS GUY IS A CUBAN ROBOT

Been avoiding baseball lately, but this new pitcher sounds really good, hopefully he'll become something more than a drug user.
