ok so in my college booklet they SAID "to do advanced cources you will be exspeced to have 5 c's or above at GCSE grade" i got that, and go in to enrol then they say that you need B's and A's which were not mentioned in the booklet it just said i needed 5 C's or above, so can i sue them for mis repratation????
Nope, they'll have someone type out a terms of agreement and you will lose. Colleges never lose money from being sued unless it's unfair education or discrimination etc/.
No you cannot sue a college because they will not let you take a course.
Colleges in general will pick students with better grades over students with the minimum allowed grade. The college in question are most likley running out of spaces for that course and so theyare only allowing students with better grades to take it because they are more likely to complete it.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but it might help if you learned how to spell....
I'm just kidding.. It was probably a typo dude, and there's nothing you can do about it. Most colleges have a set GPA of 3.0 or higher for any type of advanced courses. Take for example Honor Courses. Most colleges I know require that you have at least a 3.4 GPA or higher, so I would assume this college is no different.
