First off make sure that your avatar is a GIF then just upload it from your computer like you usually would

The little blue dude that i have at the moment is GIF and he aint moving

Save it to your computer, then go to your User CP, avatar, then upload this one from your computer, it should work. The one in your avatar doesnt look like a GIF I dont think

Actually never mind, I fail. lol. Im not sure if GIF's even work for avatars on this site, now that I think about it. Sorry, i fail /facepalm
