I got the Battery first so i turn off my system & i put the new battery.

NOW HERE'S THE PROBLEM
When i turned on my computer, the battery was at 70%...I still had the old battery charger plugged in & slowly the battery went down to 0%...After that i thought the old charger would charge it but it didn't...couple of days later, i got the charger but the New Battery Charger isn't charging the New Battery? Why?

i suggest you taking it to a specialist store to see what the problem is??

This is really important, make sure it's the battery that's at 0% not just the notification. If it says the battery is at 0% but the laptop is still on, then it's the computer, and it's easy to fix it.

Turn your laptop on, and let the battery drain completely. The display should be 0% and the laptop should turn off automatically. Then, remove the battery and hold the power button for a few seconds to completely drain the laptop of all the power. Then, put the battery back in, and charge it, the notification and battery should now be synced

Or it could just be a defective battery.
