BTW I do not want headsets with microphone feature ie; Turtle Beach, Tritton, Astro's etc.

Will a pair of surround sounds such as Bose or Dre's be able to plug right into my tv/monitor to hear in-game footsteps?...
If not, what will I have to buy in order for me to be able to.

How much money should I expect to pay for a nice pair of Headphones? Any recommendations?
