Post: Question about weights and dumbells

OG? No? ok.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I recently bought push up things and dumbells. I'm 15 and would like to know how many of each i should do to work up my chest.

I'm pretty fit and do a lot of running at school and in my free time. I use 12.5kg on both arms. Any help would be appreciated.

dont fukin lift weights push ups are okay or do u want to have destroyed joints when ur adult?

If you use correct form you'll be fine, all those stunt your growth rumors are bullshit.
