(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So i am hearing that the 600hz refresh rate processer is way better then any thing the LCD has to offer. What would be a better tv to play or buy if between the 2. And is the 1080p Plazma alot better then the 720p plasma. Thanks

What are you, a nine year old? The 30FPS statement wasn't directed at you. As for the rest you make no sense at all. The PS3's resolution is 1080p with an HDMI however the game's native resolution is 720p which means they're upscaled to 1080p. An example of this is Uncharted 2, it runs on 720p and is upscaled to a 1080p if you set that as your PS3 resolution.

I also read that most games on PS3 or played in 720 and the cut scenes are 1080p. For what I understand only a few games are actually played in 1080p. I belive God Of War 3 is one of them.

So I have a 52inch 720 LCD a 42inch 720 Plasma and 20inch and my fav is my 40inch 1080p LCD all Samsung. I just hook up my PS3 to all 3tvs and played a few games of MW2 on all of them. By far 1080p was better, but no sh*t huh lol. I could see pixles in both Plasma but they are both 720 compare to 1080. Im sticking with LCD starting to look into 46 inch LED and maybe replace the 40inch 1080p LCD with that.

You're right. It's because the PS3's (and 360) are outdated pieces of hardware and the more we want better graphics the harder it is to do so at high resolutions so most devs just produce the games at 720p and let the upscaler do it's work. But you can't blame consoles because a major improvement in GPU's happens almost every year.

Actually the only advantage you really get is less electric bill, it might say that they have huge contrast ratios, but they have the same contrast ration as a standard LCD when your using the T.V. I have an LED 23" 1080p monitor and a 32" standard LCD T.V. and the TV has darker blacks.

correct me if im wrong.

That is wrong...
Human eye can see more then 60 frames per second. It alot higher....it a myth 60 frames per second is max.

As for what better it depends on the size of the tv
plazma is 40 or higher
LCD is for 40 or lower
plazma costs more to run then LCD
LCD is cheaper then plazma too.

I still want to get my hands on OLED TV :(
