(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys so yeah i need help with paypal so i wanna make my own paypal can i make it without my credit card attached? also can i just make it without it needing my number and stuff? also can i make it without it sending a bill home? also say if i have a paypal and i sell something for £10 will tht go on there with out sending a bill home?

All you have to do is varify it with your email address.

When I was abroad I was buying one months subscription of internet. I sent the payment via PP and didn't get a bill sent to my home. So I doubt you will get one Smile
