(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, so as we all know, Minecraft has become a very popular game recently. As we all know the psJailbreak allows you to run games that other people have made, so I started thinking. What if I could get minecraft onto the ps3? This is going to take me a very long time, but I'm willing to do it. What I want to know though, is do you think it's worth it? If all goes well, maybe I could sell it to the developers of Minecraft and get some money :y:

Minecraft = Awesome
Consoles = Awesome
This is double the awesomeness.
But you should contact Notch the maker of minecraft for his consent.

Not really. Lstick to move, Rstick to look around, x to jump, triangle to open the inventory, circle to toggle sneak, square to drop items, R1 to place objects, L1 to destroy objects, L2/R2 cycle through the stuff you have, select to toggle third person and start to activate the menu.

Minecraft is only an alpha for the PC so there is no chance of it making it onto a console anytime soon. Nevermind the fact that it probably would have lost that novelty effect by time they'd have released it.

I would contact him, except it's almost impossible, lol.

I would get it. I don't like playing games on my computer since it's old.

I can't play Minecraft on my laptop because its outdated graphic driver (even when updated) doesn't support OpenGL 2.0. I hope that once Notch starts his development team, they will consider working on a console port. Sony and/or Microsoft should help fund it because a lot of people would buy it.

As for you working on a homebrew Minecraft game, godspeed! The only problem is that it won't include the weekly updates that keep the game fresh.
