Kinda hard question to answer cos of seasons. Obvioulsy summer's gonna be hot and winter's gonna be cold. But I live in England and it is cold more often then it is hot.

I would say I like cold weather better because you can always bundle up. If you are hot there is not too much you can do about it. If you are cold you can wear more clothes to keep you warm.
