(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I went on a search.
I am Atheist now, I am also an Ex-Catholic.
So Instead of being biased, I went to look at both sides of this argument. I got motivational quotes from both Atheists and Christians/Religious People. And it was shocking.

The Best Atheist Quotes:

Then why call him God."

Okay so heres this part.
All the above quotes were by some of the smartest people who ever lived. The best philosophers, scientists ect.
But yet when I come to the Christian side, I find that 99% of the quotes are taken directly from a 2000 year old book which people call the bible. Or some cheesy ass shit like this:

"Our Lord has written the promise of ressurection, not in books alone, but in every leaf in springtime." ~ Martin Luther

So tell me, How come nearly every famous scientist that has ever lived has been atheist? And that normal Religious people cannot come up with faults in Atheism?

This is the shit that turned me Atheist.

Thank you for Reading.

Nobody knows what happens after you die. Have you died before and come back to life and know? No, so don't make such a statement that you do.

Neanderthal skulls (our cousins who mated with a more evolved human predecessor and created the humans we know today) have been found, also please explain to me dinosaurs?

Alright I am a christian but I do not believe what the bible says.... Well all of it at least.... Evolution and the big bang make sense but what happened before the big bang?

Nothing suddenly exploded and became everything... riiiight....

It's hard for a human mind to comprehend but a theory of everything outside the universe having no sound, no light, no air, nothing. It's as plausable as a red pig type person torturing hitler for all of eternity.

As I stated I do not believe all of what is written, but again, Where is the origin? What sparked it all? I understand that the theory is that suddenly a singularity appeared which was extremely small... Then the singularity suddenly became imbalanced and exploded, creating what you see here.. But where did it suddenly come from?

I'm open to suggestion but I can't follow religions that talk of crazy things, and not believing certain things in a religion and believing other stuff is in esscence creating your own religion.

Well All of the religions have basically the same source and all of them are true... Thus meaning it has all just been split and the true meaning lost... Which is what I want to find.. the true religion...

No, Jesus's existence hasn't been proven. It has been said that they are all similar because of the sources trying to change the story slightly. Essentially instead of thinking that you are looking for the 'true religion', you're actually looking for the first fabrication of religion. It's like chinese whispers. The first religion of the son of God is Horus, in Egypt and he was born on 25th and born of a virgin. This proves that this is a very exhausted and repeated story. The religion that we know today are the few that have stuck. Instead of nit picking pieces of religion join the people who are open to suggestion instead of putting all your cards on the table. Beliefs are different to theories, most beliefs get shattered when science intervenes and finds out an answer, which is why so many people disagree with evolution.
When it boils down to it, religion is a tool of manipulation, and is similar to taking drugs. You escape reality to help you through your life

I love the science track.. It is what makes the most sense but It is up to the individual to fill in the gaps... and in my case I use religion to make sense of those gaps... IT is hard to explain what I believe with typing... What you are saying makes sense but to fill your gap you use no religion you wait for another answer which is perfectly fine and I value that...

And yes religion as a whole is one giant manipulation tool... I do not go to church because they use us for money and power... That is why I choose to believe what I believe and spread what I believe to others.. I do not use it for power or for money...

You are an intelligent person from what I have read, As am I... I just cannot accept the scientific theory as a whole too be completely true... I think evolution is real.. Take that to another Christian and have them give you that answer... I believe the big bang happened and that everything we see today was created from it.. BUT I think that the materials for it came from a higher power... and if I am ever proven wrong I will humbly admit so... But until that day I will always believe this and will hold true to what I believe... In this day and age it is really all I really have left...

This will be a long ass reply so listen.

You believe an Omnipotent man in the clouds made a random man out of his fingers from his image.
Then he made woman in his image. They had sex which they had 2 boys, Cain and Able.
To carry the human population, Either the sons had sex (incest) and one had a child out his ass or they had sex with Eve (incest).
Then they would have to keep going until they had a girl.
Then they would have to have sex with the girl and so on and forth.
This is really messed up and if it happened now, It would seriously **** up the genetics of a family for generations.

So technically, Everyone we have sex with nowadays, are our far away relatives.

Or we could believe Evolution we seems far more practical than incest.. Shit I mean creationism.
