I am Atheist now, I am also an Ex-Catholic.
So Instead of being biased, I went to look at both sides of this argument. I got motivational quotes from both Atheists and Christians/Religious People. And it was shocking.

Okay so heres this part.
All the above quotes were by some of the smartest people who ever lived. The best philosophers, scientists ect.
But yet when I come to the Christian side, I find that 99% of the quotes are taken directly from a 2000 year old book which people call the bible. Or some cheesy ass shit like this:



So tell me, How come nearly every famous scientist that has ever lived has been atheist? And that normal Religious people cannot come up with faults in Atheism?

This is the shit that turned me Atheist.

That's the most logical way of thinking about it, but that means you actually do not follow ANY religion, you follow the path of science but believe that a concious form of energy created us? You should make a book about that and get rid of all the other loons. I'm open to suggestion, but if there is a creator I can't imagine it being a concious being, but maybe something of a preset motivation to create universes maybe. For instance a very small maybe not even concious micro organism does not conciously look to regenerate it's just preset into it. This is putting a creator into the M and string theory. It's plausable,but like I said i'm not gonna just say yeah, there HAS to be a creator. That in itself is closing the door on many other answers that could be the truth

But that in turn would make a Sort of religion which would make everyone that believe sit not atheist but a sort of science religion so to speak ( not Scientology lol) But since this does make the most sense This is what I will go off of... ( still not atheist, for the belief of a non conscious being of energy kinda knocks that out of the water) But I agree I should write a book and get all of these assholes to stop fighting each other... But I fear it will take a lot more than a book to stop these kind of people...

I'm Agnostic for the reason because if I was presented proof, I would believe it. But if not, I am a sticking with the scientific views of macro and micro evolution.

to say that if God was created by man, then its wrong, and expect that to be good enough for any one then you really didnt think much did you.

Telling us that God is real and assuming that people should believe you (like you just did, as a matter of fact) without providing any basis whatsoever is totally different than Atheists doing the same thing, then. :y:
