For those of you who didn't get this, there's another 204,954 threads atm that you could be reading.

Its fame yes, but it's also authority. Thats life aswell.
If you took 2 famous people, one is in power, one isnt, most will go for the one in power, just because they think it will get them somewhere in life, or in this case, on the site.
