I need a college:

• that's in California
  
• that I can major in Network Security
  
• that has a men's swim team
  
• that isn't USC or Stanford
  

A well made selection for one of you guys will earn you some rep.

SDSU seemed like a perfect school, but then I found out there's no swim team. I may just go there and drop swimming and my future scholarship opportunities, but it's still early and I have many options I can choose.

You really think asking NGU would help you? Hmm, wouldn't it be possible if you go to SDSU and find another Swim team whatever that is? or just find a school that has Men's Swim team and just apply for that? I don't know but good luck finding one =D

Do a search in google for all collega in CA.

It depends on your own choice really.
From my understanding there are around 20 colleges in CA.
You can either go for a specific to your needs college such as Lincoln Tech or you could go for a more traditional college such as the University of Phoenix.
As for swim teams I honestly don't know about them.

The only 3 schools that have division 1 swimming in California is USC, Stanford, and Berkley. Since you do not want to go to USC or Stanford for whatever reasons then if you want to go swim then you need to go to Berkley. But Berkley does not have a network security, security, or even criminal justice majors in their curriculum. So my advice to you is either go to SDSU and major in Network Security or find a college that is out of state that has both of what you want.
