From experience, most actors these days only hit hollywood if their acting is average, and they look 'perfect'. If I want to see some hot arse it'd be on redtube, otherwise when i'm watching a film I want to be engaged by the acting and storyline. I'm not saying all good looking people are bad actors, but it's more often than not that they are.
The only (and i'm not gay) good looking actor in Hollywood, that is actually a good actor to is probably Leanardo Dicaprio. I like his roles in films, always engaging. I have yet to find a good looking female actor who plays a good role in films
