did you hook it up with the splitters and the av cables? did you make it so it was using the dazzle as the recorder? you have to make it do these things.
here's a tut(every dazzle is the same) skip all the way to 7:00 for the software stuff, its all the same as 14 software. just wing it, i winged it and got mine set up.. hope your using a computer and not a labtop.
