yup, but cain is a real fighter undertaker is not and hes easily pushing 50+ birthdays now and brocks cardio is aweful.. and he IS hard.. rember UFC has some of THE BEST fighters in the world altho i personaly think some of the thai fighters would be UFC champions
some of the most skilled fighters wont fight in the UFC for example you never see a ninjitsu master, you get wanabe ninjitsu UFC fighters but they have no idea.. ninjitsu would win 99.99% of the fights, they target pressure points and special nerves that will drop you and you will stay down and its the fastest (speed) martial art so you have got no option but to go down

totaly agree brock is massive but severely unskilled compaired to other UFC fighters, but rember its not "the best man on the day" its the best man at that exact moment, hes big enough to 1 punch most fighters and if it goes to the ground his strength should be enough to overpower most UFC fighters
