Most people will know there is all sorts of shit that is added for weight, what you've mentioned is just scratching the surface, although crushed glass is the most common as it is used to give the look of the crystals weed produces.

If you're going to smoke weed on a regular basis, and you're concerned about what you're smoking, then just grow your own plant. Do your research before hand if you dont know what you're doing though, a setup for one plant is cheap aswell.

You're fine if you get even just the decent stuff. Where you get screwed over is when you settle for the really cheap shit, or if you get it from some guy you haven't before you can get screwed too.

weed is weed, I know it's not safe nor do I ever think about doing it. And i dont think anyone is dumb enough to think weed is safe.
