(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Two men on a plane ride are having a conversation. The first man asks if the other has any children, to which he replies, "Yes, I have three children."

The first man asks for the ages of the three children. The seconds responds with, "The sum of their ages is thirteen."

The first man says, "That's not enough information."

The second man says, "The product of their ages is the same as my seat number."

The first man thinks for a little bit, but then replies with, "That's still not enough information."

The second man says, "One last clue. My oldest child is afraid of spiders."

What are the ages of the three children?

Stop making random guesses, people. There is a way to solve this logically. Even if you happen to guess the correct answer, I'm not giving up the vBux until you explain how you found it.

Yeah i googled this and i found 2 other sites that had this posted but set up different.

During a recent census, a man told the census taker that he had three
children. When asked their ages, he replied, "The product of their
ages is 72. The sum of their ages is the same as my house number."

The census taker ran to the door and looked at the house number.
"I still can't tell," she complained. The man replied, "Oh that's
right, I forgot to tell you that the oldest one likes chocolate
pudding."

The census taker promptly wrote down the ages of the 3 children. How
old are they?

^^^^^^^
found this off a different site, and the last answer being different implies that it has nothing to do with whats being said only that theres an oldest and twins.
