I'm scared of being sick thanks to my sister having an allergic reaction to milk when she was little and that has traumatized me. Here is a story for you guys tonight I went to the local bars had too much to drink felt sick after and tried to slit my wrists and now I have numerous slashes across my wrists and I threw up on Friday. bad times man I actually tried to kill myself which I've never tried before. Sorry if this is a rather depressing thread I just though I'd share one of my life experiences with you.

EDIT: Have to say this I'm not proud of what I have posted or what I have tried to do to myself but it is true and not sure how many people believe it or care but it does show you to a certain extent how terrified of something a person can be I have a good life my family are well off and we have never had any financial trouble and I have a good set of friends but if I'm on the verge of being sick I would honestly rather die, scary to thing something as trivial as being sick almost drove me to kill myself now I feel like a ****ing emo, shameful. I tell the residents of ngu though because you are good of people how we all share life stories and learning experiences with but to be honest if someone tried to kill themselves over a spider jumping infront of them you would ****ing laugh and tell them that's stupid to be honest this is the same thing and something I need to overcome.

Honestly though for people that have phobias that would not cause them to die anyway(not phobias of things like drowning that result in death anyway) put yourself in the worst imaginable scenario and then decide if you would not rather die. For instance if you were scared of spiders and you were going to have to go through being put in a box full of spiders would you not rather kill yourself, this is just me trying to explain through other terms the reasons for my actions and what fueled it.

Deep water, Drowning. Thats one thing I could not put up with.
